Top Tourist Location:
Nubra valley is full of lush greenery in Ladakh’s desert and moonlike landscapes and slopes, being almost 3000m lower than Leh. Located between the Karakoram Range and nourished by two rivers, Nubra Valley is brimming with Sea buckthorns and Alfalfa.
The Cold desert among Diskit and Hundur are another fascination for voyagers. Tourists crowd the cold desert to watch the sand dunes and for joyrides on the Bactrian camels. Local to the steppes of central Asia, the Bactrian camel has two protuberances, rather than the single-bumped camels found in Rajasthan and different pieces of India. The Bactrian camels, discovered distinctly in Hunder, were the fundamental method of transport when Ladakh was a significant visit on the old exchange courses with Central Asia.
It isn’t simply grand normal excellence of Nubra which draws in sightseers. The valley is transcendently Buddhist and gloats of a few places of Buddhist learning. Ensa, Samstemling, Diskit and Hunder cloister are well known Buddhist religious communities.
